Terry Farish is a novelist, picture book writer, and poet. Her novel in verse is The Good Braider, an American Library Association Best Book for Young Adults. She’ll read from her just-published novel, Go Home, written with Lochan Sharma who was born in Nepal. It’s a story from the headlines, about immigration, torn loyalties, prejudice, and belonging, set in a fictional town on the New Hampshire/ Maine seacoast. Margarita Engle, former U.S. Young People’s Poet Laureate writes, “GO HOME is beautiful and powerful! Highly recommended.” Terry lives in Atlantic Heights. https://www.terryfarish.com/
Paul Goodwin has done many things for a living, including college professor, Army linguist, film reviewer, editor of Trivial Pursuit, information designer, financial writer and writer of a newsletter about how to invest in Chinese stocks. After spending his life reading anything with text and writing all kinds of stuff in English, he lives with his cat in Dover, New Hampshire. There is much more to his story. Just buy him a chunk of ice that’s usefully employed in cooling an ounce of bourbon and ask.
